Return and Refund Policy

Goods sold and/or deposits are not returnable or refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind after ordering the product.

However, we are happy to replace any defective products reported within 1 week after the purchase. To file a replacement report or to get more information regarding the replacement procedures, please email centlusbge@gmail.com

In an event where a technical error regarding payment (ie: duplicated payment, wrong transaction amount, etc…), please inform us within 1 week so that our team is able to check and verify the error and proceed with the refund. To file a refund report, please email centlusbge@gmail.com
