Return and Refund Policy

Goods sold, Backordered and/or deposits are not returnable / refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns / refunds if you have changed your mind after ordering the product.

However, we are happy to replace any defective products reported within 1 week after the purchase. To file a replacement report or to get more information regarding the replacement procedures, please email info@centlusboardgame.com

In an event where a technical error regarding payment (ie: duplicated payment, wrong transaction amount, etc…), please inform us within 1 week so that our team is able to check and verify the error and proceed with the refund. To file a refund report, please email info@centlusboardgame.com
