Ketupat Rendang is a casual and fun-filled board game that celebrates cultural aspects of the Eid celebration in Southeast Asia. Players play the Dishes card and cook their favorite dishes. The game combines elements of strategy, luck, and cultural education, making it a perfect addition to any Hari Raya celebration.
Player draw a Role card where they have their personal objective. Player then draw 2 Dish card where it contains fire and dishes that they have to cook. Each turn, player will draw a Dish card and play one Dish card on the table to cook their dish.
To cook dish, they need to place it next to a fire. Player can sabotage other player(s) by placing other dish on top of another player’s Dish card.
The game end when all Dish card has run out from the deck. Player that cooked the most of their own dishes will be the winner.
